Yung-Kyun Noh, Ph.D.

Yung-Kyun Noh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Hanyang University. His research interests are learning representations and bias reduction for large-scale nonparametric methods in machine learning. He received his B.S. in Physics from POSTECH and his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Seoul National University. He worked in the GRASP Robotics Laboratory at the University of Pennsylvania as a visiting researcher. Before he joins in Hanyang University, he was the contracted Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. He is currently the visiting scientist at the RIKEN Center for Advanced Intelligence Project (RIKEN-AIP) and the associate member of Korea Institute for Advanced Study (KIAS).
